Please, my baby (Neko) needs some serious vibes. When I got back from Utah on Wednesday I walked in to find him very weak, hardly able to walk, jaundiced, and he lost about 5 pounds(hasn't eaten since last Friday). Well after 8 hours in the vet's ofc. over the past two days; blood tests, ultrasounds, and cell samples, we are ruling out liver cancer. He has a high white cell count, inflamed liver, and inflamed bowels. The cell sample results should be back latest tomorrow afternoon. Hey Wingy, Spent the weekend in Odgen doing the Fam thing. The only free time before I fly back to CA is EARLY Wednesday morning. Was very shocked to learn of this news on Saturday... I didn't want to believe it! Rob was such a nice guy, and always extended a hand to those around. Hi Laura, I hope you are doing well! As far as the canopy situation goes... the rigger is fully aware of the situation, and has been trying to get in touch with PD (getting messages that they are gone to Rantoul). The intent is to deal directly with PD. I didn't post anything further about this, b/c I didn't want to have to keep drudging up all the nasty innuendos and comments. Not to mention, I don't feel that it's anyone elses business. The fact that everyone and their dogs have been dragged through this crap really isn't necessary. The rental occupants of a home were evicted. The property manager found the canopy (after the eviction) and took it to a master rigger, "the boss". The property manager sold it to the master rigger for $400.00. After much research they came to the conclusion that it may be Grasshopper's cut-away. Grasshopper, For clarification sake , you forgot to mention that the $400.00 dollars he is aksing for, is what his boss had to pay the property manager (he did not come across the canopy for free). His boss is not looking to gain anything out of this and was merely trying to get the canopy back to you. Just b/c you have a grudge due to past experiences does not mean that you have to blasphemy his name here (especially since he is a third party that is invloved), or anywhere else. Hey Laurel, I'm like that sometimes. Depends on my mood ~ some books I will attack and read w/in a day, some books will sit on my coffee table for six months before they are finished. Another book (a gift from our company to all employees) I enjoyed reading was The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho.
