Any good book recommendations... I just finished Walking in the Garden of Souls - WOW I am currently reading The Secret Life of Bees. Or... you find the person that you feel so incredibly comfortable with. You have such a close connection you know what they are thinking and what they are doing at any given time. It feels absolutely perfect, but... you have different beliefs when it comes to marriage and family! A moment of silence, followed by 8-10 seconds of stomach-churning acceleration, going from perfect silence to normal free-fall wind-rush. _______________________________________________ Perfectly said!!! This is exactly how I felt!!! One other thing is the extreme adrenaline rush for approach and landing. You really need to be confident with your canopy skills. The conditions for landing are not always pristine like landing at a DZ. I was always curious what the rush was for people doing bandit jumps - now I know!!! BTW, Burner RAWKS!!! Hey Christine, I jumped @ Coolidge a little over 2 years ago... overall the place rocks. Mullins rocks, the king air rocks, and most were very welcoming; offered help, and hung out after hours. However I did get a little feeling of "locals only" while there. Which to some degree is understandable (it's a small tight little community). You'd find this anywhere, not just at a dropzone..... I'm in Arizona a couple times a year - mainly head down to Eloy (due to timing), however I'd like to re-visit Coolidge and jump again. Thanks JT, I feel so blessed for the opportunity to be here toay. I'd like to thank CellJumper for this post, my mom, dad, brother, sister, friends, and of course I'd like to thank GOD! I promise to be diligent to the cause, and next year when Seb turns 30 I'll make him proud!!!!
