Hey Jason, Good to hear that you're coming to visit!!! Bring your gloves, altitude is a bit chilly. There will be a group of Brits that week, so it should keep the planes turning. Are you guys staying in bunk house??? If you're planning on the bunkhouse make sure you get in touch w/Elsinore ASAP so the Brits don't get all the rooms. If not, I would recommend the Lake View Inn, it's a fairly new hotel, and relatively clean (they also provide skydiver discounts). If you need anything, please don't hesitate to get in touch w/me. Thanks Dave & Pyke, Yeah, I can see the potential to want to stay in NZ. I keep warning my family not to expect me to return. Dave, I'll definitely hit you up for that beer (my treat,1st & all)... I'll be firming the dates up within the next two weeks - waiting for that holiday bonus to purchase the tix. More than likely I'll travel btwn 2/15 - 3/8. I'd like to spend more time, however I have contract negotiations in March. ciao for now, g

Definitely the Southern Isle... However I'm really looking forward to kayaking in the North Isle. I understand that the Dragon Boat races will be happening in Wellington around that time - that should be good fun! ciao for now, g

I was hoping I could pick your brains for ideas... I am planning a trip to New Zealand the end of February. I was looking to rent a campervan - any reputable companies that you all can recommend??? Any particular sights/festivities that are a must see. I was hoping to start in the north Island and work my way down. I'm planning on doing a bit of kayaking, absailing, water rafting/surfing - oh, and of course skydiving. How is the weather the end of Feb/and beg. of March? I have a siamese cat that plays hide n seek... we'll chase each other around the house, and he'll open the cabinet door in the kitchen and hide in there. When I walk by, he'll jump out and scare me. He also does this with passerby's... he'll hide under the car and when people walk by he'll jump out, scare them and run away.

Just read the latest - anyone know who this is???? "Man using parachute gets hung up on Statue of Liberty NEW YORK -- A man using a parachute to glide above New York Harbor became snagged on the Statue of Liberty's upraised torch requiring a rescue effort this morning. The man, who could be seen hanging on the outstretched arm of the statue, was pulled to safety by New York City Police officers on a deck directly below the torch just after 10 a.m EDT. The red parachute had remained draped over the torch for about half an hour. The man, whose name was not immediately released, was arrested by U.S. Parks Service Police. The circumstances of the incident were not immediately clear. A person answering the phone at the Statue of Liberty park would not comment on the incident. Messages left for spokespeople for the parks department were not immediately returned".

Marissa, Don't offer to spank him... he'll enjoy it too much! As you can see - Chaz & Shark have already chimed in on that. What you should do is forget to wish him a b-day ALL day, that will drive him absolutely crazy! :} BTW... he also hit his 500th jump on Saturday - so I say he's prime for the pond!!!! cya tmrw sweetie!
