So my bf doesn't skydive, or cares to learn how to pack at the dz. Since he doesn't feel like sticking his penis inside me all weekend, we have to do other things. He wants to go to the bingo hall. Well the plan is to use a shake to subsitute eating high quanties of tuna/chicken. 1 can of tuna (depending on brand) is 9-12g of protein. I eat probably one can a day. One scoop of protein shake will deliver 24g of protein. I haven't started my work out as of yet. Just light cardio/weights right now so I can ease myself into the workouts. Though the work out will be 1 hour of cardio- running at a min of 5.5 One hour of lifting- High intensity lifting. Objective- to lose 3 lbs a week for 10 weeks. Objective- weight 120 Right now: 157lbs Height: 5'4 Best Girl Scout Ever.

so I'm on this strict diet and workout plan. My boyfriend has this jar of protein...and I'm thinking of adding it into my mix. Should I? I'm on a 1200 cal a day Super low carb High Protein One scoop is 170 Cal which I could subsitute for one of my 6 small meals. Best Girl Scout Ever.

Clients pay at the time of the session. Cash only. I've had my times of people now showing up. Nature of the beast. If they don't show up- I don't make money. Its not logical for people to pre-pay electronically. Plus since majority of the clients are married...less paper the better. Which is why cash is always handled. Appointments are scheduled AT LEAST 24 hours in advanced. All my business policies are completely transparent. Best Girl Scout Ever.

Has any one had experience at a DZ with refunds? I've never had to ask for one...but I bought a tandem for my sis...and its been hell to try and get that money back. We both are moved out of state, and nope...nothing they can do. (so they say) I'm extremely disappointed in how everything was handled. I don't even want to jump because the thought of it upsets me.
