And when they took him to the hospital, hopefully the medical staff would explain to the fools that responsible medicine does not include doing unnecessary medical procedures on unwilling patients. Yeah, just like the hospital staff in NM that gave some guy a bunch of enemas and cavity searches, X-rays etc and still came up with nothing? Your right though, "hopefully" this particular hospital doesn't fall to the pressure of the cops.

Speaking of dogs... Could dogs get this amoeba also ?

With that "cheap" probably comes the added bonus of constant entertainment.

Referring to the dog collar... You decide not to use it on the dog?

I sure hope I didnt come across as though I was suprised these guys would do something like this. I'm sure the show is first class from the top down. I run into the drivers of the trucks that go on these tours quite a bit. Nothing but top of the line equipment with good ol boys running them. I thought it was great that they all participated. Good little kid, I'm sure it made him feel great.

Thanks for making the clicky work. I tried to do it right it but I couldn't get it to work.

They did the right thing by this little kid... http://youtu.be/KufTnRlyCwk

At 30 seconds you see the driver in motion to get out of his truck. If he was trying to take out the biker I doubt he'd have been opening the door and preparing to step out. More then likely he'd of pushed the door open and sat back as far as he could. Looks like traffic was backed up and he was about to step out for some reason. I automatically check my mirror before opening my door but on a single lane road during a back up I could see where someone would assume no ones going to come up along side you. If he did do it on purpose he belongs in prison.

Just think how messy this would have been without a helmet...

Or maybe he's got a hard on for Holder because Holder's a dirt bag and totally disrespecting the committee over Fast and Furious and not doing anything about the IRS targeting the tea party.... And who knows what else. Just to be clear, I don't care what "party" is messing up.

The highways are dangerous regardless of what your driving or how big or small it is. The death toll hovers around 40,000 annually.

Your exactly right! I bring lots of military freight into Fort Bliss and if they don't have a decent load going out of there when I'm ready to leave, I usually go grab a load of the Can Ams. On just about every load I pick up from there I hear about damage done to them. The damage is usually eaten wiring.....I guess there's a lot of hungry rats/mice out there in the desert. I've never seen the little critters but hear about the problem all the time.

THEY'RE NOT?!!

If you knew you'd break on landing, what's your country of choice?

What's wrong with getting fixed up from a guy with a chicken bone through his nostril? -
Sounds to me like you got one hell of a deal! You get to go jumping while she stays home and vacuums all weekend

....and the price of the car that looks like a car that gets 84mpg is?......

Not all the funny looking concept cars remain concept cars though. The Viper for instance...kinda cool looking, most definately but it also looks like it retained some of that "concept" look. I think in this case they ran with Can-Ams Spyder idea and took it a step further. Can-Ams first stop into the U.S. is El Paso, Tx. There they have a large fenced in lot in the desert where they sit in their crates stacked 6 high. I pick them up and haul them all over the U.S. They all say how much fun they are to ride and that people are really taking to it. I had the chance to take a Spyder on a ride at one of the shops I go to a few times a year. It was for sure a fun ride and I can see how the idea appeals to people who would like to ride but don't quite want to do the bike thing. This would be a great thing for local driving and I'm sure a two seater wouldn't be too far in the future.

http://hello.eliomotors.com/ It's not 300mpg but the price looks right and looks like it could be fun to drive.

6 am seems a little early if it's a residential job but maybe the neighborhood will look nicer when they're finished. If it's a commercial job and it only happened this once maybe it was because of something specific they were doing that day. I could see it being annoying if it was happening every day and it was something I didn't want built though.

Go on most conspiracy theory websites and you'll find either a donate button or a button for you to buy a book. This is especially true of the 9/11 conspiracy theories. If you don't believe 9/11 causes misery and the conspiracy theories both feed off of it as well as cause more, well, you're not paying attention. Most of the sandy hook victim sites have that same donate button. The sandy hook conspiracy sites have that donate button too. I try to go with the story that makes the most sense but either way I don't hit the donate button.

Chris Christie knew about bridge closure details
swisschris62 replied to Anvilbrother's topic in Speakers Corner
Sure there's far worse things happening in the world but.... The GWB happens to be the busiest bridge on the planet and no telling how many countless people had their day inconvenienced or how much money was lost. -
Of course your 100% correct and you know what I was referring to. Being that she was on just such a road like you describe it would be proper to stay out in the left lane if your turn was coming up. Btw I'm not condoning what either of them did but there's no excuse for totally losing your cool like the guy in the truck did. The guys definately a loose canon and should probably enroll in some sort of anger management class.

There's a "safer" lane to text in.... That's funny!
-
It shouldn't be looked at as the "fast" lane. That's where things get all messed up. The left lane should be looked at for what it is...a "passing" lane. Regardless of how fast your going, no one should just stay out in the left lane That would eliminate a lot of these problems.
