So where can the rules be found for setting a Panama CReW record at a boogie next year? Does it have to be all Panamanians or a percentage?

I'm looking for an individual Tommy LaRochelle who flew a superman logo flag in 2006 as seen in the October issue of Parachutist 2006. I would like find out the whereabouts of the flag to fly it for a wedding present for my friends wedding. He's a Superman enthusiast. I'm a PRO rated skydiver and have flown many flags.
