--seriously, in the beginning of august or sooner, one of my roomates is moving out--rent is cheap and we want to stay in our nice duplex. The only thing that sucks is that it is in Michigan. The mind is like a parachute--it works better when it is open. JUMP.

funny, I had someone on my load this weekend who had the same thing--except he just started packing for himself,and he also cutaway. This is the second person in my lowly 50 jumps that has had a reserve ride on my load--coincedence? I think they must be distracted by my amazing beauty...yah, that must be it.. I am right handed, pack w/both hands and geez, both legs too--it's hard to get that thing in the bag! I don't know about you guys, but when I was younger I always practiced writing with my left hand too. I am pretty darn good at writing with my toes too. just kidding, I only tried that once.... just a quick question, did you use transition gear a lot before using this? I had some trouble at first with landings on zp canopies, but practicing helps a lot. NOw, my question is--I have been taught that it is a 3 stage process and you begin your flare at 6ft--hit the first stage and let yourself watch the leveling off, then proceed with stage 2 and nail the ending. that it is a 3 stage process. ?? I was just thinking about how much beer I now owe and how it will be nearly impossible to pay it all off. I'm sure within a few years, I may be able to bring the number down without draining my bank account completely, but at this rate I am not sure. I'd say come to Michigan, but I would wish that on no one (especially in the winter). I do, however, have a great little dz.

I kind of just thought packing is a part of jumping. You jump, you complete your training program, you buy your own gear, you transition to it, you learn to pack and then start packing it yourself regularly. I am finally to the point where I am packing for myself regularly (after 37 jumps). I like it--gives me time to plan jumps and shoot the shit. I can't stand dr. laura. She is so rude. My mom listens to her at work, and I work with my mom...I do everything possible to blast her out by my music. Ya know, if people like her opinion, that's fine, but she is just so rude and condescending to people and I don't know how that is "christian".. Rhino, Keep fighting. It sounds like you really love your child, and I think it will be worth every penny to get more time with your son. You have to use the things that you know about her. You probably know her worst side--use it. best of luck

1 hour spent driving to dz on saturday to NOT jump(screw the weatherman):1(on wednesday):1(first jump jumping in winds over 15mph and also w/turbulance
