    The only con is not really a con, they are busy because they are good. Make sure you have the whole day to spend with them (bring a book). Everyone is nice and helpful. I went for my first time and now it is time to sell the boat and golf clubs, have something better to do on weekends. I will use them for my training because of the attention to detail and the customer that they provide.
