V Wanerlei did he not just knock out keith jardine last fight???? I allso like forrest for this fight i still think rashad has been spoon fed, i have never been a liddel fan so i dont give him much credit for beating him. frank Mir is a tough guy but i dont think he will be able to beat Nog plus i really dont wana see him fight brock Lesnar again, Mir was getting pummeled by him and i think lesnar has the tools to beat Mir now, But i do not beleive he could beat Nog.

A good rule of thumb is to have as much protein a day as your body weight so i weight 185lbs so i would want to digest a minum of 185grams of protein a day. If i am working out really hard i would digest probably 200 grams a day of protein including the my days off from the gym.

Hey i am getting paranoid about flying to la from calgary alberta on wednesday with my rig, as it wont fit in anything to take it as a carry on, should i just cary my rig on by it self and not in a bag, plus air canada says only a 22lb weight limit for cary on and my rig feels a little heavier thatn 22lbs. any tips or advice would be great thanx.

Thanx for all the info and advice everybody, I just bought my airline tickets, I fly to Lax on the 22nd o october and will be flying back home on october 30th. So i will be phoning elsinore in the morning and hopefully making arrangements to stay and jump there, maybe make a day trip to perris if anybody else is heading that way and will let me tag a long. Thanx lisaH for all the info and the answering of my questions. Is there a bus i can take from the airport to elsinore by any chance??? Darrell. Blue skies:

True. I think Lutter was the only one in recent history that went to round 2. I believe Dan Henderson allso went to the second round with anderson. And i think henderson won the first round and just got caught in the second round. But anderson is definatley a war machine.

Ok i have 3 weeks holidays starting now and wana go some where in california skydiving. Is there any Dz;'s that have a place to crash or cheep motels close by. I dont wana rent a car either so a dz close to restaurants and grocery store would be nice as well.Or any body have room they wana rent me and do some skydiving. since the caravan is gona be there on the 24th is there jumping during the week after that, i was thinking about heading down there but wana jump during the week before halloween as with jumping during the boogie. and should i stay in vegas and commute or is there some where nice to stay close to the dropzone. thanx for the help as i have holidays and wana jump some where warm. and trying to decide where to go and have a place to stay thats convient.

I believe he his talking about lodi california, but u have to buy them in a block of 50 to get them for 13 dollars. Does any body no if lodi has rooms for rent i wana go there at the end of october, i have 2 weeks of holidays to use up and i wana jump some where warm lol.

I think aerodyne would ship u a pilot to try we had a pilot demo in kamloops for a bit. I bought a pilot 168 and the openings r so nice and its a fun canopy to fly, i had a saber 170 before this 1, and the openings on the saber sucked ass. -

LOl rashad evans couldnt even fight with tito, and chuck made tito look like a wimp. so if your betting for rashad u just lost some cash.The only thing impressive evans has ever did was that legg kick to shawn salmon and he was a no body.So tonight will be rashad's first loss by KO from chuck liddell.

Tunnel Time Advice for a returning jumper - Airkix

I just returned from having 9 years off. alls i had to do was a ground refresher and then did a 1 and 1 with a pff instructor then i was cleared to jump on my own. woo hoo new gear just showed up last week.It's kinda like riding a bike you dont forget what your doing but i was a little rusty. Go to the Dz and get refreshed and then decide what u wana work on at the tunnel. Welcome Back dude. -
Hey ether if u want some really good and friendly coaches come jump in kamloops. carrie, snuggy and Nick are awesome coaches and instructors, we have quite a few people from vancouver been coming up to kamloops to jump.I did my first 80 jumps in Pitt and took 9 years off due to moving to work but i drive 2 and half hours to kamloops DZ cause it kicks ass.I just got my new miarge G4 and i cant wait for saturday to jump.BTW the flare on the pilot 168 and the openings are awesome.

Abbotsford has a porter and pitt has a king air, but it crashed a few weeks ago so they might only have 2 cessnas running right now. You might wana phone and see what planes they r running, i have jumped both places, and enjoyed them both.

I was able to order it, but wont be receiving it because its still going through the legal process of them being allowed to sell it. I will be able to ship my container back and have it installed at a later date once they are allowed to install it. LAWYERS there holding every thing up by the sounds of it.

I have a new mirage container coming in 2 weeks hopefully, and was just informed that i wont be getting the drx with it ,as its not being released yet.
