when it rains, it pours.. Losing a dog is absolutely awful! especially under those circumstances :( I've had an enlightening but difficult year. Some very intense heath issues. two unsuccessful heart surgeries, a collapsed lung and chest tube, 2 stupid other surgeries and enough x-rays that i surely should be suffering from radiation poisoning But then i started skydiving in May and since then everything has changed. It makes everything worth it. I also ended a relationship that was way overdue but it has made me stronger even though ive lost a best friend, but ive made so many others ... im sure there have been SOOOOME good things that have happened to you this year, think positive and do whatever is going to make you happy and have fun you're still alive

it really does! I work at a doggy day care and we use squirt bottles there for humpy dogs or whatever so i started using one on my cat when he jumped up on the counters and it totally works..unless your not home then i dont know, i have a cat who eats plants then pukes..i ended up getting rid of the plants

interesting...thank you both for your incite i sure as hell don't ever want to accidentally find my self in that situation. However, if i was flying a ginganto canopy with a teritary reserve i would totally try it for fun

So a sticky situation i heard about recently and id like to get some input on how you would handle it.. My buddy was testing out a canopy that he was interested in buying and the dude accidentally connected the canopy on backwards...it opened beautiful, and then he realized the pilot chute was in front of him and he was moving backwards..OOPS..decided to cut away and fly the reserve. my first question is..would you try to land a backwards canopy and if you were..how would you go about doing it second question..if you checked out your risers during your gear check wouldn't you be able to tell that it was hooked up backwards?? because if i were in the situation i think i would be hesitant to cut away and i would try to land it but id be afraid to break my neck or something on landing either way, this has to be the dumbest and most avoidable mistake ive ever heard

so on my first jump, mind you this was NOT my packjob i had a line over with line twists and started spinning like crazy...i cleared it by 2,500 but it sucked...then i got rained out the rest of the day, but today looks beautiful so blue skies and sexy thighs everyone

i know, its awful, that was the only thing i was waiting for to get my A for so long..but i think i got it down now

happy friday!!! and happy jumping... i got a long weekend ahead of me, trying to get to 50 jumps and jumping my own pack job in about an hour thank the wallmart gods for 40 cent spicy ramen and econo size boxes of cheerios because i can barely afford the gas to get to the dropzone anyways, play safe and have a fun weekend everyone!! dont be this guy v

i think the best part about skydiving is cheesing out with friends in free fall and kiss passes and locals bigways and watching the plane nose dive and sunset loads and being first out or last out and hop & pops and going head down and and and and....well you know its all pretty good
