Apparently he's been identified, but I wonder if posting about DB is still a criminal offense? https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/the-search-for-db-cooper-investigators-say-theyve-confirmed-skyjackers-identity-by-decoding-long-lost-confession/ar-AAzi4Zb?li=BBnb7Kz "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Doesn't seem like 31 years, but there it is. Have a cold beer in memory of those who won't return to the bonfire. "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

What's the difference between a waif heart and a crone pancreas? No pervert will pay to have a crone pancreas in his face! "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

Second rail might be for oversized or vanity train carriages to fit into the passenger loading area? "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

I jumped up in Rome a bit in 95-96. Fun, solid DZ - good times. Congrats on your victory. Go get 'em. BS Nova "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

That's right. "Come on, boys! Let's pack up our 7TUs and clip on bellywarts - it's time to skydive!!" "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

Cool. I was driving on a recent Saturday morning, near the local air base (Stratton), and a B-29 came lumbering over the tree line and made a long, slow banking turn very close to being just overhead. Never seen one in flight before - it's something else. "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

The reality is that the group is open to everyone; can't expect young jumpers to learn about their kits if they're excluded, right? The point is, the group is rigging specific, not skydiving, or flea marketing, etc. Everyone is welcome with questions, posts, tips, experiences, etc.

You bring up some valid and interesting points, and I was looking forward to the discussions generated therefrom. But you torpedoed yourself, even in the hot button topic forum. I've always taken "prior" to mean "180 days from today", the day I close and seal the rig. The abundance of online date calculators makes it easy to come up with the no later than 180 days from today date. .02 "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." When I receive a rig it goes into the queue; I'll get to it as soon as I can. Always open to the client's needs, but I usually work on a FIFO basis. I'll let you know when it's ready. If there's nothing else but this rig, I'll work it as soon as possible and get it out. If he needs it in two weeks, I'll get it done 10 days from now. .02 "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

Funny, Gary! My experience with the FB group is that it is quicker and easier to post and discuss. I don't think the Dizzy forum is in peril! "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73

Hi, Ian. Lisa did good work, and I've enjoyed her group, but it looks like she's giving up on the Dummies. That note indicates she's letting it "go in". Come on into the new group. :-) "Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Gary73
