oh the cbc anouncers are completely biased towards the leafs lol, its horrible, i hate the leafs lol. But they still call a spade a spade But yeah they are way better then the fox sports announcers who are biased to the point of pure frustration trying to listen to the game. thursday is gonna be a very key game. If the pens win it, they will have a ton of momentum heading back to detroit for game 5. agreed. refs or not, pens finally put together 2 out of 3 periods of a game refs did infact miss another good game, missed a ton of calls both sides....and colin campbell with ron after the first was pitiful, flat out made himself look more like an ass....wow The Altitude above you, the runway behind you, and the fuel not in the plane are totally worthless Dudeist Skydiver # 10

how bout doing a PLF on a military round drop, hammering into the ground anyway, and THEN getting drug by ur parachute 150ft across the DZ cause ur leg is stuck in ur opposite riser and u cant reach the canopy release anymore.....its kind of a combo of both. In all honesty a PLF has saved my bacon a few times in my earlier jumps on square canopys. bad to no flare right into a PLF, walked away with no injuries. I think PLF or at least a variation that transfers the impact over ur entire body as oppsed to just ur feet are quite nessisarry as to prevent injury for not just low number jumpers (they are botching most of the landings) but also high number jumpers coming in at high speeds The Altitude above you, the runway behind you, and the fuel not in the plane are totally worthless Dudeist Skydiver # 10

Congrats on passing the PT test!!! I gotta agree, a BMI is not a good way to measure someones health. It even states in most of the BMI tests that it may overestimate body fat in athletes and others who have a muscular build and underestimate body fat in older persons and others who have lost muscle mass. 2 minutes must be nice, my PT test was the beep test (or 13km ruck with 50lbs in less then 2h28min) max continuous pushups (if you stop you are done) and situps in 1 minute. Also hand grip strength is measured. Timed run didnt come into play until the airborne jump course where it was situps, chinups, and a 1 mile run. managed to do the 1 mile in 6min15s, 12 chinups (i need work on them) and 55 situps in 1 min. My *ahem* tandem student(s) on Saturday and then my basic open water with nitrox certification on Sunday and Monday.
