1st time jumper and I created an account just to post how great this place was - I went with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. Great vibe, people were friendly all around. Mike and John were awesome - walked me through everything before it happened and kept me very comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend getting a video for the first timer. John was really great. they also add a collection of photos based on video freeze frames which is a nice touch.
