  1. That is beautiful. I really like the colors. I have a few tattoos that represent my family... helps me keep myself in check
  2. Yeah, I spend a lot of time on the forums while I'm "working". I have a mild case of senior-itis since I only have about a month left in active duty military. I'm definitely just a big jokester, tends to happen when most of the career field and my friends are a bunch of guys. Also, I just got my feet tattoos touched up, both of them at once... forgot how much those sucked and wearing combat boots the next day was less than awesome
  3. Sure, lets get married... its cool that I've never met you or anything... no big deal right??? Ha I agree that getting tattooed on the ribs sucks big time... I sat for 4+ hours for each side and I hated myself during it. Not saying that I cried about it or anything but I've broken bones and stuff that didn't suck as bad as those tattoos.
  4. These are most of mine plus my little piercing. Just got the Rose in No Man's Land yesterday and going back in a few weeks to add some more. Also, who knows of some good tattoo shops in San Fran?
  5. Sooo, I'll be moving to Tampa later this year and want to know where the good tattoo shops are. Any recommendations? I have 11 tattoos so far and just got a half sleeve finished. I'm finally getting out of the military so I'm thinking a full sleeve is in the near future
  6. Thanks for the welcome and advice so far. I'm really excited to move to Florida. Not having to jump in 20 degree weather will be a nice change. Unfortunately I'll be in Northern California, my hometown is Eureka, CA, from May to September so I won't be near a DZ for a while . Though I think I've convinced my mom and sister to take a few trips to the nearest DZ with me. My first jump was with my mom and sister in Interlaken, Switzerland. My mom had already done a static line jump and my sister has since done another tandem. I planned on bringing in some of my attempts at culinary greatness to the DZ... I'll be sure to bring in stuff that won't help stink up the plane.... I'm looking forward to getting to know more jumpers and learning a lot.
  7. Hi, I finally decided to introduce myself. My name is Kris and I'm 23 years old. I finished my AFF in Ogden, Utah in July with a nice little crash to finish off my graduation jump. You can kinda see it at the end of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3QpvvuNMiM Was glad to walk away after popping my shoulder back in place. Anyway, I have 35 jumps now and have been jumping at LSPC in Nebraska since September... I love the people there and have learned a lot from them. I just jumped my new/used gear this past weekend: Infinity container, Paraflite 165 main and Tempo 150 reserve. I get out of the military in May and will be in Tampa by October to start culinary school. Any advice or suggestions for Florida or just a new skydiver?
  8. Where do you jump in NE? I've been jumping at LSPC since September. I even made it out there last week... I figured 30 degrees was warm enough to jump.... and it was!!
