Great- thanks for the feedback! Just to let you know, I do plan on exploring the rest of Europe, so I'm willing to go anywhere in Europe to sky dive; distance from Spain is not an issue. Is there any reason that Empuriabrava stands apart from the rest? For example, the reason my friends recommended the Alps was that it was very scenic. What makes Empuriabrava so good? Thanks!

Hello all, My name is Greg and I am a native of the USA on study abroad in Barcelona, Spain for the semester. I have always dreamed of skydiving, and now that I have all of Europe as my playpen, I can't wait to give it a try! The basics: -I am looking to drop somewhere in Europe between now and June 1 -I seek your expert advice on WHERE and WHEN to jump (Tandem of course) for my first jump- somewhere truly extraordinary! I will be going with some friends who would like to join and make a weekend out of it if possible; so if the jump site is near a cool town/city, that would be great. If you have a specific recommendation of a company to use, that would be much appreciated as well!
