5:8:4 :(1) 5=4 tandems & 1 hop-n-pop 8=5 tandems, 2 freeflys & 1 hop-n-pop 4=3 tandems, & 1 hop-n-pop (1)= 1 tandem so far today (monday) Working as a skydiver kinda sucks sometimes. You never get to fun jump. Congrats on your 100th Kelly!! I'll have to come down to asc sometime & get a freefly in w/ ya sometime!!! Rear riser landings on heavily loaded canopies

I jump a velocity 111 regularly loaded @ 2.5ish and never have an issue w/ rr stalls , However I jumped my friend Kelly's 85 vx loaded @ about 3.3 and couldn't get it to plane out on rears w/out stalling, but nice soft landing on toggles -

I was down in Florida this winter doing alot of atmonouti with a guy named Mike Wittenberg from team Loki . We were doing some head up atmo. But we would take turns leading in a heavy backslide (basically feet first on belly) We tryed to hang 10 (on back) with it , but it got too slow vertically and fast horizontal to keep up

Crossfire Pilots input needed...

I have about 800 jumps on my crossfire loaded @ 1.9 . Rear risers will give you a cosiderable amount more speed on landing . There are a few things to keep in mind when using rear risers. you can not dig out of the corner on rears as well as toggles. With rears , you can high speed stall the canopy (not good) once you figure out the sweet spot on your canopy (planes out w/ little or no input) start experimenting w/ rears and it will add speed and distance to your swoop. -
you should get a flare puppy. what you do is find a puppy and a 20 foot leash , and when the leash goes slack its time to flare

i saw brian and swanson jumping them at the zhills swoop comp and they diddn't impress me . maybe it's because they don't have a lot of jumps on them , but they diddn't place well at all.

kurupee suit's are good suit's for the price , but they are still in the beginning stages . some of the fabric's they were using weren't holding up very long (that's fixed now) . the stitching , and sizing is pretty much right on (as far as i've seen) maybe whoevers suit diddn't fit right got measured wrong .
