It does'nt close down location services after exit (off the app :D ) There's this little pointer up next to the battery, that stays there until you close it with the "background app bar". Kills your battery.

Well, after reading all that is to read about it here on the forum, i was really nervous about the first jump. However, the 4 jumps i've got on it where on heading, slow nice openings. And one of the packjobs, where a little trashed, but it still opened like a charm I'm told that i've gotten "one of the good one's" so i hope that, that will still be true for the +200 jumps to come :) Sorry if my english isn't perfect ;)
