im not a cop but im pretty sure thats definitely illegal. from what i understand (again im not a cop) to enter your house they need a warrant. how ever for instance if ur involved in a pursuit and u try to use ur house as a safe haven they can enter with out a warrant as they are already pursuing you. but given ur situation i think they were out of line because the incident (which im pretty sure does not even costive them entering) happened significantly before the time they arrived. anywho theres my 2 cents ... You are too funny! My RSX was about two months old when some idjit left a door ding on it that cost me $500.00 to fix. There was no way he/she didn't realize what happened but driving off was easier... i feel your pain! i have a 2008 honda element and some ass hole clipped the front of my car backing out/pulling in (i back into parking spaces) fucking up the bumper, the quarter pannel, and the hood. i dont even wanna know the estimate to for it. again...driving off was easier. thanks! yeah i was talking to my DZO (who i had send the cypres out for me) today and he said that they shut down for the holidays. not to mention that every kid and their brother is sending their cypres in during the down season. i have no doubts as to the fact that theyre working their butts off, i didnt mean to sound like i was complaining to the company...i was just stating my frustration and recent irritability due to not having jumped in forever and a little bit more its not that i need a cypres to jump. i dont wanna pay for a reserve repack do a few jumps then have to pay for a second reserve repack when the cypres comes back Jump more, Bitch less.

so i recently bout a new rig and got an extremely good deal on it...the catch...the cypres needed its 4 year. i had the cypress sent in towards the end of november around the 23rd-25th. and it still isnt back yet! is this how long it normally takes? im going stir crazy sitting around!
