Going to calla Sigma Monday.

Sorry, Just a 18mm wide angle.

Just put a Sigma 18mm - 22mm lens on my digital rebel xt It works great indoors but as soon as I try and shoot outside I get the error 99. I'm guessing the lens is older than the camera. What can I do to resolve this? thanks!

don't want a fisheye. Want the photo to look as good as if it were your own eyes. Figured if I am going to spend the money I might as well get a zoom and get the most out of it. Don't see that much difference in cost unless I am looking in the wrong place. Have a fixed 24mm now. Only because I bought it DIRT CHEAP!

Would like a single element lens to keep this from happening again. Our DZ is only 4 miles from lake Ontario so we have a lot of moisture. Have the silver Sony .6X now. Bought this when we had a Otter. Now down to Cessna so the exit is a little tighter. This lens is for a Sony DCR-HC90. I have a Royal .3x for my Sony PC-109 side mount I use for coach jumps. Was just wondering if there was anything I was missing?

I need a new lens for my HC-90 for tandems? I can't keep the moisture out of my Sony 0.6X anymore. Royal Stelth 0.5x Or, Liquid 5 Or Something else. I have$200.00 to spend on it.

After making about 1000 paid tandem videos using copyrighted music ( that statement is off the record ) two cd players, a JVC video processor and a Panasonic mx-12 with about a hundred wires all knotted up I think I may be ready for computer editing. I am starting from scratch with vary little computer editing experience. I would like to get a laptop with it's primary function being just this. Anything else I use it for would be a bonus. Any input on Computer, software, music and anything else I am not thinking of. I am currently using a HC-90 and a Rebel XT for tandems. A 109 for everything else. We all had to start somewhere. This post is my start.

I have to agree with everyone here. We are a small DZ still using CR songs. It's a pain in the as@ and I would like to get away from it. Any more sugestions for sites to fine good music would be appreciated. With the ability of home computer video editing does anyone offer the student raw footage to edit themselves? What if they were to edit or re-edit the video then place on the web with cr music??

I am looking for a simple (cheap) editing board with two RCA music audio imputs. one audio video imput for the camera and one output to record. Simpley put I just want to overlap music with two audio soursed and edit with the camera. How about it pat?

I am looking to purchase a portable memory card reader combo so the students can take a disc home with thair video. I used shutterfly pro last year and barely made my money back for the cost. I am current looking at the Apacer Disc Steno CP200. I usually shoot around 35 shots on a tandem jump with my Rebel XT. Any sugestions please!

I hate to do it but after about a 1000 jump the old Sony Digital 8 Handycam is starting to act up. I'm looking at the HC32 to replace her. Just about all I do is tandem videos. Any Imput? I also would like to go with just a little wider lens. The old girl has a 0.5x on her. Again, any imput. Finally got the new Rebel xt mounted last week. WOW!
