wonder why it wasn't ever reported? If it's out there, I'm sure Chris can find it to get the report.

This is probably the same incident then. Started asking questions on what happened to their Beech when it was changed to a king air. Didn't ever hear about the initial incident a few weeks ago. Not sure when/where it happened.
-
Not sure when it happened...assuming recently...Paxton was getting a Beach and were told it had a gear up landing so it wouldn't be down the week before the WFFC. ----- ~~~Michael

OK...the basic details on Jim West's Beech that was going to Paxton (just north of Rantoul) the week prior to the WFFC. It apparently had a gear up landing, so it's grounded till it's fixed. Anyone have any more details? ----- ~~~Michael

Paxton was having a turbine beech in the week preceeding the WFFC. They're now having a King Air...trying to get the scoop on the Beech - it wasn't clear if something happened to it or not.

Will there be BIRDMAN coaches and rentals at the WFFC???
WFFC replied to Jethers203's topic in Events & Places to Jump
I would say probably not Sunnyone...Different system that the coaches are going to want to check you out on prior to giving you the keys. ----- ~~~Michael -
They'll generally send you to the library unless on the off chance you get a hold of the government employee that actually gives a hoot and is willing to help. ----- ~~~Michael

just stop by Camp Colorado in the evening and we'll take another 'awwwww' type picture so she'll have two pictures she can get mileage out of... ----- ~~~Michael

Just tell me you didn't buy it new...This will be a better discussion in the evening at the WFFC since you'll be at Camp Colorado anyway. I've owned two, sold two (made money on both) and my mom has 3. I'm pretty versed in how they work... edit to add: or pm me your number and I"ll give you a call later if it can't wait... ----- ~~~Michael

Yeah, this was discussed in another thread as a non issue as I recall. On jumprun, the plane flies tail high raising the horizontal stab out of the way. ----- ~~~Michael

So, on a per participant basis (average) who do you think consumes more alcohol. One who attends the WFFC or Sturgis? ----- ~~~Michael
-
Yes...The payment links are all paypal. I'm leaving for the WFFC next weekend so get your order to me before then and I'll ship it out. If you want something different, let me know and I'm sure I can come up with something creative. ----- ~~~Michael

You forgot the classic Gypsy Moths... ----- ~~~Michael -
It seems one of the senior staffers has inadvertently revealed (well, they put it on the message board) that the Pac750XL will make a run in Rantoul...All 10 days I believe...I'll get the details on Monday and update accordingly... ----- ~~~Michael

Very cool. Welcome to our world...Sell the motorcycle, the convertible and dump the girlfriend (at least until you buy all your gear). Start to redirect your direct deposit of your payroll check to the DZ. They are now officially your dealer... ----- ~~~Michael

The one he came with or the one he acquired when someone left theirs? I've got your spot saved in Camp Colorado. We're moving a little to the right so the view from the pool will be better. Just look for the Red Jolly Roger. btw, got an extension to the flag pole so we'll be at 20-22'. ----- ~~~Michael -

I'll see you first when I pick you up at the airport on Thursday...Let me know if the times have changed since you originally sent the itinerary to me... ----- ~~~Michael -
I believe that Guano and Anomoly are in the same realm as the FF training center (Link). But I was not given the specifics on what they're doing and how they're doing it. Would be best to ask them once on site. The link has the info that I was given by the collective group (Guano, Anomoly FF training center). ----- ~~~Michael

Don't forget a sharpie and an extra pull up cord or three...Those bearing gifts get the most attention.
