    Wilson's timing may be poor, but he was not incorrect. ( did you see the look on Piglosi's face though ? PRICELESS !!!) Yet Wilson has been villified to the max !!! The people sheep should understand something... when the President says 'we are going to get cheaper cleaner energy,, what he means is.. HE WISHES THAT WOULD HAPPEN.. but it wont. Also, IMO, at some point 'they' are going to try to STOP all these kids breaking their femurs and pelvises !!! trust me,, it is inevitable that they will attempt that !!. Inevitable !!

    teachers, many of them, use this stuff to promote Obama. This has been happening since last Nov. parents talk about this all the time. BO is promoted as the greatest ever ( he has never had a real job ). Chris Mathews on TV, for example, said more than once that his job is to help this president succeed. ( he never said that before !!)

    my kids are grown now but I would not want them to hear this proposed speech. In other times, I would have welcomed the President telling kids to work hard in school and LEARN SOMETHING !! Nowadays, this President is treated as the great salvation !! the Messiah who can do no wrong. IMO, he has never done anything legitimate in his life. No real job, ever !!!! So please, leave ME, my family, and my friends alone, thank you very much.

    again, depending on your terrain, if you calculate 18 miles to fly back, consider exiting 15 miles out. that gives you outs along the way, and use checkpoints to monitor your progress back to the DZ. that's how the shuttle returns to KSC, their aim point is many miles beyond the runway, they want to ( they must !! ) arrive over the airport fat, dumb, and happy !!

    my 2 cents is that the difference is that the old time Cessna DZ's had something that is now lacking. The key is not the aircraft type of course, but, as stated above, we used to get to spot, jump with real experienced jumpers early on, falling base for 4 ways, and get briefed and debriefed by them ( at no charge, either.

    that does sound like fun........ I would go upwind 10 miles and try to make it back in... but I am guessing. how far you think you can travel under canopy from that altitude ? with typical winds? look at youtube civilian HALO jumps, study the gear.. then look at ParaGear catalog, for example.. at their O2 equipment, etc. Your planning will be interesting, depending on your terrain, alternate landing areas, etc. out here at Eloy, AZ, landing out is not a bad problem.. also, maybe put a reward sticker on your main riser just in case !!

    IMO, it would be irresponsible for me or my family to jump without some kind of catastrophic care medical insurance... I wouldnt do without it for my car, of course... too much risk of a catastrophic loss.

    they even put men on the moon, built Saturn 5 rockets and the Space Shuttle ( with industry help of course ) decades ago !!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's see em do any of that now !!!! they cant. They cant do it. Oh, and go to the VA hospital and ask guys in there how they like it !!! I've been in there myself....... it can be pretty bad.
