I'm not going to write a novel here, there's no need. Everyone else has already pointed out the bad points about the North London Parachute Centre, I just wish I'd listened to them before purchasing a tandem jump.
I've been to the centre three times now without being able to jump. The weather has been fine each day, they've simply overbooked the days so I sit around all day waiting and then get sent home. Frustrating!
When I finally tried to get a refund I was practically told to get stuffed and it was made clear that I was no longer welcome in the office.
I'll be going to the small claims court for a refund.
