  1. Did a training jump with an instructor and am sure that something was done to fling me away and mess up my dive. Can this be done quite easily with an instructor who has thousands of jumps and make it look like student has faulted?
  2. I cannot find it but while using serach I came across a thread about jumping in Australia. It said something like there were skydivers from Australia who were jumping in the USA. When the Australian jumpers were on the airplane they did not use their seat belts. All the other skydivers looked at the Australians as if they were out of there minds and promptly told them to fasten their seat belts. From the thread. The Australians seemed as if they had done nothing wrong. Is this common place? Is jumping in Australia not up to scratch with safety standards and practices? What about the rest of the world? Do you have to use your seat belt to ride up as you do here?
  3. Hi. First I want to say that I recently did my first tandem jump and I loved it. I want to continue into the AFF training. I am very new to this and was wondering what was going on. The guy who jumped me was furious (and packing) made a big scene at the dropzone and blackmailed his boss and told him that he would not do anymore tandems if somebody else was there jumping. I was shocked. This looked totally unprofessional and I didn't know what to do. I was very uncomfortable as it was him I was jumping with next. Is blackmail normal at the dropzone?
