I find that doing bicep curls helps improve my ability to hold a nice headdown daffy. Check the pic attached for specific tips on toning and bulking your biceps and forearms.

I've learned which ones I prefer actually. The Soy Silk Light is pretty damn close to regular milk. I think it tastes better myself, but it's all personal preference. Oh well, try it again and see if you like it. Jason Jerusalem life@jasonjerusalem.com

I love my Apple Powerbook, but if I went with a PC it would be Dell. If you're into media and making vids and stuff like that, I'd definitely consider a Mac. http://homepage.mac.com/jason_fl/

Here's my favorite: Shiro maguro (shee-roh-mah-goo-roh) - Albacore tuna, white tuna, doesn't handle as well and can change colour (though doesn't change taste or quality) so not as common as other tunas. It will probably not be on the menu, ask for. Also called Bincho Maguro or Bin-Naga Maguro. Jason Jerusalem life@jasonjerusalem.com

For everyone, here's something to consider. It's obvious that everybody's personalities are different and some people have preferences in freeflying. Whether you are going out and goofing off or you plan a predetermined dive is up to that person (and the people they tend to jump with). I myself believe that there's a balance. I love just hanging out and flying with friends, but now that VRW is here, I can't get enough of it. I realize it's not for everyone though and that's fine. Freeflying has now evolved into a branching of different disciplines, which is great. Fun goof off freefly jumps are great and that's where freeflying's beginnings started. But the skill level now has progressively gotten higher, thanks to those people who have pushed the sport of freefly. If it wasn't for serious training and dedication to pushing the level of freefly skill, we wouldn't get to watch cool video of things like: Teams (e.g. Anomaly, Alchemy, Guano, etc.) Freefly World Records Project Horizon events VRW ...and so much more! So whether you like to just go out and not plan a fun freefly jump, plan a predetermined skilled jump, or a little of both...as long as you're having fun, it really doesn't matter, right? Hey Chris, I ended up getting one and I also bought one for Mel. We both love ours and have had no problems with it. My service is with Cingular in Louisiana/Florida and I have no major problems. Everyone has areas where dead spots occur, but I probably have the best reception out of most of my friends. Yeah the digi camera on it isn't good (but who seriously takes photos with their phone?? That's when I break out the digi SLR). Slim is the one thing I love about it. I don't even feel it when I have it in my pocket and that's a nice feature to have. I've heard people saying that they don't like it, but mine and Mel's have held up great. That's my take on it at least. Jason Jerusalem life@jasonjerusalem.com

Since going to the concert right before the Skydive Atlanta Halloween Boogie, I've been constantly listening to Nine Inch Nails. Mostly the Fragile album, as well as With Teeth. Jason Jerusalem life@jasonjerusalem.com -
Weekend of December 3rd & 4th: I wanted to just thank everybody out at Emerald Coast Skydivers (Elberta, AL) for such a great time this particular weekend! With all the unfortunate circumstances going on with Gold Coast Skydivers (Moss Point, MS), Mike Igo was able to bring his aircraft to Emerald Coast for everybody to enjoy and jump. This is one of Mel and I's last weekends to spend with our friends from Louisiana and Alabama, since we'll be moving to the Central Florida region soon. We were happy to see alot of our old friends from Moss Point, as well as meeting so many new faces at Emerald Coast. The people out at Elberta were more than accommodating toward us and we hope that we can do it again sometime. Maybe next time, no more crazy women will beat the hell out of the short bus when some of us try to leave the bar again (but that's another story)!! Again, thanks guys and girls out at Emerald Coast Skydivers, as well as the Igo crew and everything that you guys are doing for us. Jason Jerusalem life@jasonjerusalem.com
