QuoteWhy must everything always be perfect. Humans aren't made to be perfect, they make mistakes. The world wouldn't be any fun if everyone was perfect. To add to this, humans learn more from their mistakes than they learn from things that go according to the book. The scary ones are the people who think everyone else is making the mistakes.

Best is a tie between Metallica Master of Puppets at Castle Donnington & Black Sabbath in 1976. Worst by far Peter Frampton

No allergies, no congestion & took a zyrtec anyway. I'm married to a physicians assistant and her diagnoses is exactly what you said, to much to soon. I made 10 jumps in 3 days. She knew i wanted to jump today & knows i won't jump another rig so she took mine and hid it. Anyway good news is it's better now and the clouds have rolled in anyway so i'll just enjoy a day of sit flyin on the couch!

I am going through this right now. I made four jumps two days ago and my left ear still feels like it's at altitude. This has never been an issue before so i didn't really know what to think about it. On my last jump when i got under canopy the first thing i noticed was that i felt like someone was stabbing me in the ear & i haven't been able to clear it yet. Don't have any drainage so that's good but this whole situation sux ass considering i was planning on four mor jumps in two days!!

I've gone to Orlando every summer for 6 years and stayed in Lake Buena Vista, Orlando & rented duplex's. The duplex or rent houses are cheaper and both of the ones we stayed in were extremely clean and well taken care of. The downside is that you usually have to book them a few months in advance, they can be a good distance from the attractions and you have to supply your own everything. Towels, soap, shampoo and in some cases even bed sheets. This can be a pain in the ass!! If you're gonna stay in hotel you might as well stay in Lake Buena Vista (Disney's resort) if you are plannng on doing the theme parks. They can be a little expensive but every hotel provides shuttles to and from every Disney theme park so you don't have to deal with driving & paying out the ass to park. Driving on the resort can get a little confusing to. Every hotel we have stayed at on the resort has been 5 star. If your not doing the Disney parks stay in Orlando. Some hotels have shuttles to different non Disney parks, some don't. (Found that out the hard way!) So the worse thing that can happen is you have to drive and pay for parking. I don't know what you plan on doing in Orlando but i hope this helps you a little anyway. I prefer the resort but that's just because i have kids so i really don't have a choice but to go to Disneyworld. Enjoy & see you there in July...Again!

Best Work Boots - Need advice from people who work in boots.
ordie1 replied to DJL's topic in The Bonfire
I have been wearing steal toed, water proof dr martins for years. I work on concrete and steel grating and i can usually make my boots last about a year. I just put new arch supports in them every 4-6 months. They're a little expensive but it beats having sore feet. -
Guitar, guitar and more guitar. I have 13 of them now.

The first time i met Dennis i was doing my first tandem and he said to me "I was hoping for someone a little better looking." I said "i was hoping for someone alot younger!" We laughed and from that moment i had a friend for life. I haven't been able to jump for about 9 months due to a neck injury (non Skydiving related) and Dennis called me every week to see how things were going. I've never met someone who truly, truly loved there job but he did. You will be forever in my thoughts my friend...Luv Ya Brother!!!

I did not know today was nurses day. That's sad because i've been married to an RN for 18 years. If i play my cards right this could turn into a very good night! She's a labor and delivery RN at a hospital that delivers 600 babies a month on average. I call them the vagina squad!
