    Illegals

Not only were (don't know if they still are) they doing this in Cali, but they *were* going to tie voter registration to the DL records (Motor Voter stuff)...can you say "X million instant new voters?" I knew you could!! I can, but I sure as hell dont want to. If that was to happen, that would actually damage the Republican party, as the minorities tend to lean more to the Democratic side. Regardless, criminals do not have the same rights as law-abiding citizens, and neither should illegals, since they are criminals. And I sure as heck dont want them anywhere near the voting booths. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

That's rediculous. Every second an illgal immigrant is in this country they are breaking the law. How can a criminal have a drivers licensed issued. I dont get it. I am an immigrant in this country, but my family took the steps and made sacrifices to do it legaly. Why cant these people do the same? And why is there even a debate about them. Afterall.....they are ILLEGAL. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
  3. What Normiss said. Our country has an unusually high pirson population. Many of the "criminals" living in prisons on tax payer's dime are their for crrimes that arent necessarily serious crimes. I think marijuana would fall under that catagory. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
  4. I agree with you on that satement, We as Americans are conditioned to think that guns are a good idea. We have some of the easiest access to legal weapons in the world. We also see some of the highest murder rates in the world involving guns. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
  5. Driving is not a right, it’s a privilege. Similarly I don’t believe gun ownership should be a right either. I don’t think a civilian should be able to buy a tank, or a bomb, or a gun. I think a person must show a substantial need for ownership. For example gun collection is not a need, unless you are a gun museum owner. I like to shoot guns too, but you don’t have to own one to go to a shooting range. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
  6. I have one of his movies. It's called No rules. It's pretty terrible acting. I think its a B rated movie. The others IU hgave seen, but I know he tends to play fighters. Randy is not a very good actor...but his fighting is amazing. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

  9. Well, that's why we don't give guns to children without supervision. Also, just out of curiosity, how did you know it was loaded. I knew it was loaded because earlier in the evening it was passed around because people were curious to look at it...hold it....point it at the wall...take the clip out. That sounds like an excellent hint that it's time to leave the party. No kidding right? 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

That was what I meant. Although I didnt know that about Serra. I think it would be funny because it would make hughes talk more about retirement. Serra is an amazing, and an underestimated fighter. His grappling is definitely top notch. I wouldnt be surpised if he submitted Hughes....but a knock would be very satisfying. He has only been knocked out once. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

  16. Tell that to the six people shot to death last Friday in a Surrey BC condo. In the year that I lived in Vanvouver there were two shooting. I couldnt believe. I am not surpised though about shooting in Surrey. That area can be pretty shady at times. Still though Steve in Houston we have 1 to two people getting shot EVERY DAY. In Canada shootings are so rare that they usually make national news. Last year there was the Toronto shooting where I think around 6 people died as well. That was on the news in Vancouver. You know how you have to walk through the Hasting Main area when going from Gaztown to China Town. A similar steet here in Houston can turn deadly on you quickly. In Vanvouver walking through that area wasnt an issue. Even in that area it was safe, and even amongsts themselves the druggies and the dealers rarely got into deadly altercations. There were several stabbings on that street last year, but I dont recall any shootings. For those who dont know about Hastings/Main...its basically three block of an open drug market where crakheads, addicts, and criminals hang out 24/7. This is the same street that the injection site is on. People are shooting up drigs there all day long, and even in that environment people dont shoot each other. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

  19. I was living in Vancouver for a year last year, and my girlfriend and I flew down to Texas. She was from Vancouver, and guns dont exist there. (By the way while here in Houston we have a deadly shooting every day, in Vancouver there is a dealy shooting twice a year...hmmm). I took her to a gun range because this is Texas and this is what we are known for. She had never seen a real gun in her life. She had an absolute blast, but the most memorable part for her was that it was a Tuesday, and on Tuesday its Ladies Day at this range. Ladies rent a gun for free. Only in Texas
  20. And you need to recognize that there are times when you MUST defend yourself or you probably won't walk away alive. I've been there. Have you? About ten years ago I was at a high school party which went all wrong, and I ended up staring at the barrel of a loaded gun. Definitely a scary moment. Immediately afterwards all I wanted to do was get a gun and go back and shoot up the place. I’ve thought about that situation many times. I am glad I didn’t have a gun. I was a high school kid back then. Had I had a gun readily available I might have made some bad choices. And had you made those bad choices it would have been your fault, not the guns. It always boils down to personal responsibility. The point was that I didnt need the gun in the first place to get out of a potentailly deadly situation. A readily availble gun would have escalated that situation too. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

  23. Usually when the topics invloving Muslims are posted Darius is like the lone ranger amongst a group of DZ.commer..the only one speaking out for Iran and Palestine and taking heat from the DZ.community because the majority disagrees with him. I feel the same way when it comes to posts about guns. I think I am the only guy here that thinks guns should be illegal. I feel you Darius. I love you guys anyway. 24. Probably most of them. One of the things criminals do is steal things. If guns were illegal, and not made available to the general population there would less to steal from. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
  25. I'm confused, isn't your argument that, since the gun is present, that your brother should have started randomly shooting in all directions? But he didn't........WTF? I'm sure that owning the gun, he went purposely looking for a carjacker...... Does he use the gun to kill cans and paper? I suspect he must also shoot the gun at the car in order to turn off the car. That, and house lights. (guns are so handy for use as a remote control) Are you scared to be around him? He might just shoot you for no reason. Stop blabbering...read again. My argument was that had he pulled out the gun it would have escalated the situation which could have ended in death. This was avoided by using brains, giving up the car and walking away alive. You should stop your blabbering because you are contradicting yourself. You have statred in the past that when people carry guns it will escalate into a Wild West Shootout. Your example shows that did not happen. Most people who carry concealed do it smartly. I have stated that pulling out a gun in a situation can escalte it. It's a little harder to escalte a situation when you dont have a gun in the first place. And yes, when you dont have a gun, you tend to have to use your brain to deal with whatever your threat is. Just because someone is certified to carry a gun doesnt mean they wont go trigger happy, and get themselves killed in the process. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
