Yup. That's me. I believe in that magic, but I have given up on it as well. I am very selective about who I am with and hesitant to get in relationships at all just out of fear of being hurt. But when I feel that amazing feeling I give in. And every single time I have been devastatingly hurt. The pain is more than I can bear so I'm not gonna even try anymore. Thank God for batteries. Alas, it does mean no Bytch Boogie for me. But I'll be making my way out to Sebastian mid week a few times and definitely hitting the weekends after the regular season ends. And Michele... thanks so much for the smiles! If I get any interleague games at SD I will be calling you for that long-awaited hug!

You guys are so funny. It's just a butt! I actually wish it was just a bit bigger. But no can do. I've tried but it is what it is. However, it is nice and smooth and tight enough to bounce a quarter off of! Ever since I started rehab after my broken leg I've kept up the super-duper lower body workout. I squat 200 lbs (would do more but that's the max at my tiny gym!) for my quads which has the added bonus of working out the derierre.

I won't start NFL until the weekend of the 19th. But I have the Navy game at FedEx field in DC tomorrow and then a few NHL games in Tampa. Then football! Yippee!

TV Graphics for live sporting events. Basically, I am the one that animates the lineups on screen, the opening animation of the opposing teams, quarterback headshots, halftime stats, ingame stats like scoring drives, and player stats. It's a shitload of fun! And it's also high-pressure which I love. The producer and director are screaming for a graphic on a play that was just made and meanwhile we're waiting to get the official yardage from the field in time to get the graphic in after all the replays and before the guys are over the ball again. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! Fall in dove.

OMG! I just got the best news I've heard in a long time..... I was offered a full-season NFL package for a kick-ass network! This comes on the heels of the WORST summer of my life so this good news is really a Godsend. It will certainly help allay my financial woes and I'll be able to get health insurance which I was gonna have to drop as of Jan. 1st. And not only is it good for me financially, but..... I just freakin' LOVE football! Love the sport, love the atmosphere, love that we are broadcasting to millions of homes, love the travel, and love the stability of knowing I have at least 17 weeks of guaranteed work every winter. The ONLY part that sucks is that I won't be able to go to any weekend boogies until New Years, but it's well worth the sacrifice to be able to take most of the summer off and boogie my ass off then! Not to mention, since i live in Florida I can jump all week long at Zhills and not miss a beat! Oh Yeah Baby! But seriously, somebody pinch me please! Fall in dove.

First night will hurt but after that it's all good! Getting my hardware out was the best thing ever. I had to argue with the doc to do it, but I told him I am very active and I could feel that shit in there grinding around so he finally agreed. It's so nice to be able to kneel in the plane for a gear check! I was a bit freaked out the first night because I could NOT walk out of surgery and was on crutches for a day and I was hoping it would be a cakewalk. But after the first day it got much easier much quicker! Congrats on finally putting all that surgery shit behind ya! Milk it for what it's worth now, but feel better soon!
