    Val - if you get all dressed up you are certain to be the life of the party! (Okay - I admit it.... you would be anyhow, but...) Last year I don't remember anyone wearing anything special. WE jumped all day and just threw on a sweatshirt or sweater after the sun went down. Rock on sistah! Fall in dove.

    I lost BOTH contacts once when I lost my helmet and was unconscious in freefall. I didn't know if I lost my contacts or if my vision was blurred from the collision until the doc looked into my eyes and confirmed I was indeed contact-less. Beats the hell out of a concussion! At the time my contacts were the LEAST of my worries. Fall in dove.

    I went to the Search II. It IS expensive but so worth every penny. Seriously. AFter all the ground stuff and working with Dr. John I could already tell the difference on my first jump! And from there my RW skills really took off! Amazing difference. Now, if I could only remember them! DOH! Fall in dove.

    Val - see?! Those ARE great stories! Seriously.... after shattering my leg and having many incisions on my knee, I have heard so many other broken leggers stressing about their scars. What are they worried about? That someone will look at their leg and think, "Wow! She musta had surgery on her leg."? You DID have surgery on your leg! What's to hide? But also, it was such a life changing event for me and an incredible experience that I kinda like my scars for what they represent and for reminding me how fragile life really is.

    I would get laser hair removal so I wouldn't have to shave my "naughty bits" anymore. BTW - I think scars are awesome. They tell a story - they are your history.

    I turned 30 on Nov. 27. Yesterday some HOT 22 year old at the gym was hitting on me HARD and asked my age. When I said 30 he couldn't believe it and just couldn't get over it. Said he was SURE I couldn't be over 24. I get asked all the time what school I go to. I graduated in '94! Of course, I don't mind. Mentally I'm about 11 or 12. Wanna play dodge ball? Or better yet, doctor? Fall in dove.
