You will NEVER get a canopy with more personal detail, attention and committment to excellence and customer service than you will with a Big Air Sportz canopy. And he ALWAYS will make the time to talk to you about safety and help you choose the right canopy. Definitely one of the gurus of our sport. Now, if I could only get him to teach me to freefly! dove

My grandparents are also in their 90's (93 and 95) and have both broken bones in the last few years. (Grandma - hip and then pelvis... grandpa - hip) Not only do they HATE going to the ER but it is a lot of work for them too... Find a doctor who will do housecalls. There are plenty out there - especially for geriatric patients. Please get her checked out either way. She needs medical attention - even if just for peace of mind. My love and prayers to you and her! dove

I remember one day when I was still flying my Tri 150 (which made hardly any penetration into the wind) and I landed off. Not far off - just across the dirt road in a huge clear area. I walked back to the packing area and 2 VERY experienced jumpers said "hey - what's up with that? Why did you land off?" Maybe I could have made it back but it would have been close and I would have had to cut over some buildings. Why take a chance when the huge open field below me is a 100% deal? I know, God forbid I should have to walk across the one-lane dirt road! dove

The videotape is wearing thin But my faves are: Monkey Claw - Just Your Average Freefly Video Jim Adams - The Talented Mr. Freefly (Skydive Orange) Leon Toson - Who's That BADASS? (Skydive Orange) National Pond Swooping Nationals 2001 - Swoop Love em all - know every song and every cut. Oh the joy of being on the ground for 10 weeks and watching skydiving videos ALL DAY LONG! I have literally watched like 3 or 4 real TV shows. Why would I watch whuffo stuff when I can pretend to be skydiving? Hehe! silly dove The countdown continues......
