  1. Any plans for an XXL size, for those of us with swollen head syndrome (62cm/24.5" circumference)??
  2. In the same boat as you, I've done a bit of research on this as none of the popular brands fit... Open face: http://www.skyshotdesign.us.com/ (just ordered the Evo in XXL, I'll let you know how it fits when it arrives) http://www.tonfly.com/helmets_2419501.html (expensive, but sizes offered up to 63cm) http://www.2kcomposites.co.uk/ff1-freefly-helmet-25-p.asp (up to 62cm) For full face (I have the XL, fits my 62cm/24.5in head nice and snug after some breaking in - also offered in XXL): http://www.paragear.com/skydiving/10000011/XL5525SL/FREEZR-MK2-HEADGEAR
  3. Yep, three shell sizes, six overall sizes (two different thickness liners per shell). My XL helmet is the biggest shell sizing, and has way better padding/protection that all other skydiving helmets I've seen in person, yet without the bobblehead appearance of a motorcycle helmet.
  4. Not usually the cheapest option out there, but the only full face that seems to fit my head is the Paratec Freezr Mk2. ParaGear actually has it on sale right now for $249, it has two audible pockets and comes with a nice helmet bag. Superior padding and impact protection as well, IMO. FYI, the largest Cookies won't fit my head, but an XL Freezr is perfect. More than happy with my purchase, and you really can't beat the price it's at right now.
