  1. Isn't that what Cross Keys is? that said, the dz is the best place to meet like minded people :) sometimes its hard to get in with people when you are new, but speaking from experience, I met my best friend there and we jump together all the time now. I also jump at Cross Keys. Once you have your license I'll be happy to jump with you. I'm a belly flier and like small groups. 3 or 4 way. Feel free to PM me if you are still feeling like an outsider after you get licensed.
  2. New to skydiving and still going through the progression at Freefall Adventures at Cross Keys, NJ. I was wondering if anyone knew of any skydiving groups or clubs in the Southeastern Pennsylvania or Southern New Jersey area? Not looking for anything affiliated w/ a college. Just a group of folks that get together for skydiving. I tried doing a search of the site and kept getting forum messages related to strip clubs. So thanks in advanace for any help you can provide. -John-
  3. Thanks to all for the warm reception. To answer your questions regarding my training progression...at Freefall Adventures they require you to perform three tandems and ground school prior to moving on to AFF. Actually, ground school comes right before the 3rd tandem and as somebody noted...you are required to perform certain skills on your tandem regarding freefall and canopy control.... -John-
  4. My name's John and I just made my 2nd tandem out of Freefall Adventures in Cross Keys, NJ! I'm planning on making the whole progression and just need to fit the school into my busy work schedule. I'm a paramedic and EMS Educator by trade and need an adventurous activity like skydiving to keep the juices flowin'! Life's only getting shorter which means it's time to get workin' on the old bucket list! So a hearty hello to all...clear skies and safe landings... -John-
