An RSL activation of the reserve does not use the reserve handle but pulls the cable just above the pin, we acknowledge that the rigger`s hand in this instance may have restricted the opening sequence, however the handle is not always the way a reserve is opened. All being said, the rig was not on someone at activation which it would need to be in a real scenario or realistic test. Wings are crap (?) Everything is an opinion (?) - intentionally used cut-away/reserve on altered MLW (incl. reserve risers) several times, on low speed mal always had delay on reserve bag extraction. Customer service however had always been polite and prompt. End Result = I`d choose crap customer service if the end product was AWESOME. You are saying that you`ve got crap customer service and the end product is (? my opinion ?) CRAP. Stop accepting CRAP. Stand up and never put a Sunrise product on your back, or, keep jumping one and now complain about how your coach took 5 jumps until you got HD--- life`s so unfair :-) BTW ., new Sunpath (javelin) Service Bulletin on their website, review and FLY SAFE.
