We shut down for maintenance for a few hours. Some people were getting a bit antsy due to the gorgeous weather. We got all of our students up before sunset who stuck it out with us. It was no big deal. Although, I still want to head to WP and check it out sometime. I heard some of our jumpers fled and went there but it was wicked windy, so our students wouldn't have made it up there anyway.

... did I meet at Orange this weekend??? I met a cool chick dz.commer there but I was running around trying to prep for 3 back-to-back videos and had zero time to stop and chat. I was so flustered that I completely forgot who it was. Who were you? What were you doing at Orange? Why didn't you stay and party with us? Did you have fun??

Plane was up and running a few hours later. Maintenance is all part of the game so we stay safe up there. ; 8; 0 damn near broke my foot. doh! but alas, just a lil limpin today.

haha.... you know she warned me not to try to get a drivers license in maryland. apparently they are very strict there. that is EXACTLY where i have trouble though. sunset loads - kicking beer in the peas. if it's too dark... and i come into the shaddow of hte hangar or something... i lose it. it's a good thing to know cuz at least i can look out for it. my best friend kept telling me that it was holding me back and so i finally asked the doc and sure enough. i had reconstructive surgery when i was a kid and she said that that was probably a complication of it. i told her i would be up for experimental surgery. but she just laughed. oh well......... keep on swooping and hope the ground stays where it's at. (that's a joke by the way, so put away your matches everyone! )

yeah, well... i have survived 1300 jumps, so i guess i've taught myself too. however i have an excuse for sucking at horseshoes now. and sunset loads.
