Fratricide

The bail is going to be paid.. (and hopefully not from my tax dollars) and I doubt she'll return when they call her back for trial. The only way I see her going back to face trial is if her friends are still there and they basically use them to lure her back. My question is what moronic 'experienced' hikers even get that close to a country like Iran knowing what they're capable of. A $500,000 lesson in stupidity may just be what they need..

If I was a criminal and I couldn't get a hold of a handgun because of my age, I'd just settle for a shotgun or rifle with some hollow points. Where there's a will there's a way. If people are uncomfortable with me owning a handgun at 20 their feelings suddenly change when I turn 21?

Laws are all out of whack. In Nevada the age of consent is 16, 'however, if the adult involved in the sexual act is 21 years of age or older and is a teacher, instructor, professor, administrator, head coach, assistant coach or in certain positions of authority over the minor at an educational institution, it is a crime to have sexual relations with a student under the age of 18. (Unless they are married)' When I was living in Cali, my now ex's parents found out we were boinking (I was 18, she was 17) and they were going to have charges pressed (they didn't like anyone coming in between them and their baby girl) until they found out their 18 year old daughter was pregnant and the dad was 17. Haha. Saved by the semen! I think there should be a set age all around, none of this crap where the state decides and therefor some states differ. And as far as the age being different for homosexual relationships, I see no reason to do so. Keep it all the same so you don't leave people guessing.

Hey Everyone. My name is Paul and I'm a 19 year old out of Bullhead City Arizona. I scuba dive (PADI Advanced) and cliff dive so I'm guessing the next step is to skydive haha. It's actually something I've wanted to do for a LONG time but I have a few irrational type fears that maybe some people can help talk me out of? Ever since I read a story about a lady falling out her her harness during a Tandem, I have been afraid of the same happening to me.. or just completely snapping off from the instructor altogether. Even with that, I plan on getting my first tandem done within the next few months (I'm going to be scared shizless XD) and hopefully jumping in to the AFF course.
