Hi Alton, there is no medical literature out there regarding this topic. An articel of Wendy Rogers (http://www.skysisters.com.au/userfiles/files/Pregnancy.pdf) did a good summary with case reports. On the other hand I have put out an online questionaire to get a sufficient number for a more objective approach.
