  1. Here are a few other blog articles from Michael D. Kelleher from his Crows Dream web page. hmmmmmmnnnn.... Kelleher presented a PowerPoint presentation and case overview to investigators involved in the Cooper investigation? http://mdkelleher.wordpress.com/2012/12/06/db-cooper-investigation/ http://mdkelleher.wordpress.com/2012/12/04/excerpt-from-vector-23-the-db-cooper-tapes/ Melvin Luther Wilson - Missing Person since September 1971: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03QLnFvk8Fs
  2. Re: Email stating "Hal Mount, the agent who checked him in" I might be mistaken but I believe the following to be accurate based on historical and recent accounts... Hal "Williams", was the gate agent, not the ticket agent. The ticket agent was Dennis Lysne. Not calling anyone out - I realize that it's been a long time and names can be forgotten ....and lots of people think Hal Williams was the ticket agent. From everything that I've read, he was not. According to this article, Hall Williams was the Ticket Agent. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_attachment;postatt_id=128759; It says he was the "ticket agent at the gate". I think that's the person that checks/takes the boarding passes or tickets at the gate. But my understanding is the one that sold the ticket (and probably wrote the name) was Dennis Lysne. I will post a source if I get a chance tonight. I found these postings about Lynse from the first thread. JackWilson scribes a page from Himmelsbach's book. 4. Read Ckret posts. These are two different ocassions. The first when the money bag was brought in, the second when Cooper was served the drink. You can partially parse this out in time using the Transcript. The stews had already refused the acceptance of money from the bag ... now they refuse his change from the drink exchange where he paid with a $20 ... 'sorry we can't take tips'. Then Flo was allowed to leave. I don't know where "three bundles" keeps coming from!? There is no record as far as I know about how much money was offered from the bag. So let me set a NEW number. 20 bundels! So Cooper seemed generous and wanted to give tips. I wonder if Cooper was a bartender or server. The clip-on tie could also have been part of a uniform worn by a bartender/server. If you work in the service industry and rely on tips, service personnel seem to be more generous when tipping others. 5. I tried pretty hard to find proof of the claimed tideline debris field of currency shards, but struck out, Also found no support for claims that shards were found buried several feet down. 377 I searched "money debris" It brought me these results. I clicked on a few of them. JT was explaining what was told to him by Himmelsbach and the Fazio's. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=search_results&search_forum=all&search_string=money%20debris&sb=score&mh=25 Melvin Luther Wilson - Missing Person since September 1971: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03QLnFvk8Fs
  6. We are not talking about just any eyewitnesses. We are talking about two young, intelligent women who spent 5 hours on a plane with him, sitting next to him and talking to him directly, trying to gather as much info about his as possible for the authorities. It wasn't a fleeting glance. That is why you cannot dismiss Coop's description out of hand. It is one of the best clues there is. I am thinking out of the box here....... If Cooper had and was using Benzadrine, or another type of stimulant, wouldn't he more than likely have one or more of the common side effects of using a stimulant. Stimulants can/will cause the pupils to dilate until they are almost completely black with a thin rim of iris around the pupil. In a normal situation, pupils will contract when exposed to light and if on a stimulant a user's pupils will remain largely dilated. Benzadrine, sun glasses and a dimly lit plane.....? Maybe his eyes were dark, but not necessarily brown in color. Didn't Florence see his eyes for a brief moment when Cooper looked over his glasses (in an attempt to show the seriousness in his request)? Wouldn't black dilated eyes have a piercing effect? http://www.drugrecognition.com/Stim.htm Vicki Melvin Luther Wilson - Missing Person since September 1971: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03QLnFvk8Fs
  7. Just clickifying the link. I thought I had read a previous posting from GreyCop that the money was planted for the Ingram family to find on Tina bar. Now he is stating it came from the Washougal??? I think he is attempting to show that it did not come from the Washougal. I forget his exact words but something akin to "exteme foolishness" of those who think it did. Though I think there are probably less people that subscribe to that theory than do subscribe to it, so I'm not sure what the point is. Though it looks like he had a nice drive and I enjoyed looking at the area.

  10. If a small placard was found in the area.. then something as large as a 6' tall meatsack with nylon and metal hard bits attached... would have been found. This is not wilderness... many thousands of people wander thru these woods every year looking for Bambi or Boo Boo all grown up. It took someone 25 years to find this meatsack (and he was in his vehicle) in a hiking/recreational area 100 feet off of the road. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/05/14/remains-in-colorado-car-identified-as-man-missing-since-187/ How many thousands of people were out actively looking for the guy in the car in a steep canyon again??? I wonder when they logged off that area??? The area where DB jumped... yeah.. a tad different. Seems to me that they have different opinions on the area Cooper may have jumped. 11. The FBI guys are top notch. Smarter than me. They have bigger fish to fry and not enough resources to dedicate to Cooper. (low priority probably) That being said... Maybe they should release the DNA sequence, if it's good, and let the world pay for DNA comparison tests of all the people they suspect or relatives of those suspects. Yup....would be nice. My Brother and I submitted our DNA to NAMUS last Winter and the sequence was uploaded into CODIS in March. However, it can only be compared with unclaimed cadavers and cannot be run through the unknown offender database. In addition, I had to file a Missing Person's report to get the go-ahead on our DNA collection. It turns out a report was never filed in September 1971 when Mel became a missing fugitive. 13. Then where is the body? Where is the missing persons report? A body lost in nature may not be found...Animals may have taken care of the corpse and scattered the bones. Just because there may not be a body does not mean a body did not perish. A missing person's report may have never been filed in 1971. For example, families of missing fugitives seldom file a report. 14. http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/fsis-ssji/firs-srij/bulletins/fing-empr-powder-poudre-eng.htm On the url above, halfway down the page on Appendix B, forensic fingerprint powders were analyzed for lead. The chemicals (lycopodium, titanium dioxide, silicates and alumina) seem to be in the composition of some fingerprint powders. The tie may have came in contact with these chemicals from the FBI's own forensic lab. Occam's Razor seems to explain it, being that the simplest explanation is usually the right one. 15. Quote Still they could compare dna between the letter/envelope and the samples of Petey and Cooper they have - would be no big deal. My concern is they don't have a 'modern' workup on Cooper dna, socalled, in the first place. Of course they could have. No way of knowing because in the final analysis it is an active criminal case ... the minute they decide to use that catagory. It's all good! I wondered about the DNA make-up and the FBI's stance that it could only rule out a suspect. If this were a fact, why would they waste the time, effort and $$ on taking a DNA sample from L.D.'s daughter? Because they evidently have no specimen from LD himself or are doing a double match, so are seeking a specimen from a close relative who would share LD's dna traits. It's a backdoor way of evaluating LD's dna against their Cooper sample. And if they can do this, it tells me they have a pretty solid "partial" socalled, they are using, or something better than a 'partial' which tech's feel is exclusionary, statistically. My feeling is what they have fits the standard protocols of the CODIS-13 system. They have at least 7 loci they feel are statistically sound. Maybe something more than 7 loci, which would be excellent news. If it's Cooper's in the first place? Bu that is the reason they would want and use LD's daughter's dna. They are sincere about trying to evaluate LD if they have done this. Since NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) cost is no issue - people still make a buck! In 2008, Larry Carr went on record stating that a familial sample could not be tested against the sample they have. http://www.stevenrinehart.com/uploads/LarryCarrInterview.mp3. However, I understand the science of DNA is always evolving and this may not be the case any longer. Hypothetically, how could a a family member, son and daughter, have their DNA compared to the FBI's samples they believe are Cooper's. Let's presume the son and daughter (of a possible suspect) already have their DNA samples in the Missing Persons side of Codis through Namus http://www.namus.gov/. In addition.....how can the fingerprints be compared. Are these pieces of Cooper evidence locked up tighter than a _____________ ?....(insert your own euphemism here). The money he shows in the video does not match the correct Federal Reserve branch were it originated. http://www.onedollarbill.org/decoding.html I believe most (87%) of the Cooper money originated in San Fran and should have an L. The skunk money has an "L", however it looks to have a Minneapolis Federal Reserve seal which should have an "I". 22. I know the Fair Use rules inside and out, Shutter. Are you kidding or what? You already said they squashed your stolen song and then you managed to slam it back up because no one bitched. It's still theivery. You're just trying to rationalize it. LOL read Title 17 sometime. Copyright rules have been in place for a while now. Because of the internet, there are many violations. Doesn't make it right, doesn't make you honest if you violate them. Linking to YouTube videos is not a copyright violation by the way. Unless you incorporate them into your own work somehow without permission. Speaking of copyrights, let me tell you about the people who are REALLY nervous: The Estate of H.G. Wells. His copyrights run out in 2016. They did a 76-year renewal at his death in 1940. In 2016, everything he's ever done will become public domain. Shutter, please don't try to lecture me on these things. I'm a student of them. It's necessary. I did not mean to start an off topic dialogue (or should I say fireworks), but then again I should have expected it. Nobody can say anything here without being slapped up against the side of the head by the internet police. This is why everything we do on the outside of the forum is not broadcast in the forum. 23. I think that may be true for some of the more casual Cooperland inhabitants. But I also think there are a great number of people who would like to see the case solved, especially if it meant no one was going to jail over it. (I.E. hijacker died of natural causes years ago, or something) Problem: No one has stepped forward with enough evidence to positively, without-a-doubt, identify the hijacker. Not me, not you, and certainly not Marla Cooper. This situation will continue until something breaks in the case. It's the same for Jimmy Hoffa, the Black Dahlia case, Amelia Earhart, and other unsolved mysteries. Here is your Unsolved Mystery! Sorry. 24. Bruce, With all due respect, your "encounter with an interdimensional being" is a bit too much for some of us. I hope this being stayed out of your Cooper research. Robert99 I think the show is about the explosion of a plane over Long Island Sound, not Cooper, and Bruce can't be held responsible for the content of the TV show. The determination from that accident said that fumes from the central tank ignited in flight, detonated by a short circuit of a high-voltage wire outside the tank that fed additional voltage to a low-voltage wire that ran inside the tank. I never believed that missile story. You'd need a Stinger or something similar to hit a jet at that altitude in flight, and a heat-seeking warhead would have gone for one of the engines, not the place where the explosion happened. Not only that, but the recovered pieces would have had explosive residue evident on surfaces and none was found. Hmm....I think R99 might be referring to Bruce's Blue Angel, not the documentary. Does anyone have an inkling Blevins responded without actually reading Bruce's article? Me thinks so!!
