  1. Can someone recommend a rigger in the Baltimore / Ft. Meade area for a repack without going all the way to Delmarva or Orange? Preferably someone that might be willing to do it during the week. Thanks and blue skies!
  2. Thanks much! I'm actually in Tulsa, though I jump at SDD regularly, though Temple is still closest, but I would probably fly Southwest, so it's all about the same. I would definitely like to go to a camp.
  3. I just started doing some canopy relative flight (no contact) and LOVE IT. I'm interested in learning more and getting some coaching. Can anyone recommend a good dropzone with some CRW coaching or a beginner camp? Thanks and blue skies!
  4. I understand the weather issues for sure. That's why I took off and went to Skydive Arizona for a few days to finish up. The weather is about the same there every day - jumpable.
  5. Thanks to everyone at DeLand, Airtight, Skydive Arizona, Skydive Dallas and Brian Germain. Thanks not just for the skydiving skills but for the most important skill of all that has literally changed my life - in a torrent of energy - relax.
  6. Thanks. Really nice meeting you yesterday and flying with you. Charles
  7. And Frasier, how could I forget the guy I jumped with the most... (sorry Frasier)
  8. Okay, a few quick newbie questions: SCR is an eight person, correct? What is the "wear" reference (I mean I can generally figure it out, but why). Also, other than the beer line and getting your license, what are the other beer rules? Thanks
  9. that raises a question that I had when I was at SDD last weekend, how are there beer rules when they don't sell beer at the DZ (that I noticed)?
  10. I will do that for sure, as I am actually from Siloam Springs originally. What kind of plane(s) do they have at Skyranch?
  11. Congrats! Nice to have a new skydiving friend in Oklahoma!
  12. I did my second jump at Airtight with Stubie. I really liked everyone out there, just wish they had a little bigger plane so it didn't take so long to get to altitude. Nonetheless, I'll be back out there for certain once the weather gets a little more tolerable.
  13. Ha - I went to Jenks, and lived in BA off 121st, but mostly off 81st and Harvard Glad to know ya. My kids both graduated from Jenks a couple of years ago. I live off of 121st, but in Jenks.
  14. Those guys are great. I jumped with Manny, Bobby, Nikki, Pine, and a couple others while I was there.
  15. I've just completed my AFF at Deland, FL and have started finishing up my A License at Skydive Dallas. I'm loving it!
