Try "msconfig". You can acces it via Start->Run and the just type msconfig. In msconfig check the parts "services" and "startup" Hope this will help you

Here in holland you can just buy 1.5 Liter bottles of Red October, it's exactly the same stuff ass Red Bull. Costs around €4, which is almost the same as 4.00.
