    Bill Do you loosen chest-strap before or after unstowing your toggles? I always loosen the chest-strap last because I don't want to have a chop with a loose chest-strap and then be unable to find my reserve handle. Loosening the chest-strap with toggles in hands is slightly more difficult, but it's a hassle I am prepared to endure.
