    The match springs have less tension and therefore reduce trigger pull weight. Yeah I forgot where you are, springs will be cheap there. Yours are old enough to need replacing now. Clean your bbl well then use a felt jag and some bore paste to get it perfect, then use a patch with a very light coat of the frog lube.

    Unless you are augmenting the gunner during a bbl change or stoppage. Or so I have been told, I am scared of guns they frighten me. Icky!

    Try Frog Lube, it works great and keep your bbl and both cleaner and easier to clean. I said polish not change the geometry.... Do not remove any metal, simply use a buffing wheel and dremel tool with felt polishing head and some polishing compound. Then use the frog lube on these. What you are trying to do is lessen any resistance to smooth travel and release. Smooth and perfectly round the hammer glide surface so that it is flat and rounded, polish it like a mirror. After reading how much wear your rifle has, leave the springs alone and just buy a set of match grade springs.

    Do some work on it by polishing the trigger group and reducing the hammer spring strength by bending the legs 30 degrees

    Disingenuous much? Do you seriously believe that life is good in Palestinian refuge camps? I take it you have never stepped foot there, I have been to several camps like it in southern Lebanon, others who had been to the ones in Gaza said the ones in Lebanon were worse. It is the only place I can think of where most live in squalor within sight of mansions and signs of obvious wealth from their own leaders and party loyal.

    Legally purchased M16's are not coming from here either as they would cost in the range of 20k if they were not sold to a law enforcement agency. If they were sold to a private person that would have occurred before 1986. There would have been a tax stamp and federal background investigation. How do you know those were M16's? Can you tell from a picture, I cannot and I know what they look like and how to tell the difference both inside and out.

    Therefore the state of Palestine was not ever an independent or recognized state. Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt never considered them a state either, nor did they ever give them any lands.

    Just as long as you realize that land proposed to be given to the Palestinians was not the land owned by the Palestinians in the first place. Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt were the rightful occupiers of that land. I guess we are down to talking about a few slivers of land if you discount the aforementioned countries land.

    You do know the MARINES were there as part of a multinational coalition trying to stop a civil war that was devastating Lebanon and killing tens of thousands of innocent civilians right? Something tells me you did not know that.
