I assure you that I'm not going to shoot anyone unless it's life and death. If more people carried guns, than these shooting rampages might have less casualities. I have been in the army long enough to make the right decision.

I'm fixing to return from Afghanistan in about 4 months and I'm having a hard time finding a weapon of choice. I don't want a pussy 9mil Maybe a .40 or .45. I've been looking at the springfield 1911, And many versions of the glock. What should I get will drop a dumbass but still be compact enough to conceal?

I haven't jumped since early march this year and Won't jump until February of next year. I was always a strong natural when it came to progressing. My question is.. What are some things I can do productively in Afghanistan short of jumping that will keep me fresh? I try to visualize jumps and the moves I would make but I know that's not the same. Who has gone through this before and what did you do? Thanks

Skydiver was swooping aggressively and made a hard impact with the ground and ended up in a shallow swoop pond, fellow skydivers pulled him out and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
