I purchased a 14000 foot jump with 70 second freefall but due to bad weather the plane would only reach 8000 feet and we had to skydive from this height. But I was not offered any refund or another skydive on a better weather day. Upon asking around and telling others of my experience it would seem that this is common practice with Skydive Fiji - to Skydive from lower heights than what the customer purchased. Buyer beware.
