Sounds like you're putting a whole lot of good effort into your feature-rich system. PHP can do a whole lot but you're getting into things that require more power than I believe PHP was designed to do. Most specifically, it is cumbersome to mesh business logic with display (html code) and incredibly difficult to maintain. 80%-90% of all work involving software is maintenance. I'm certainly not trying to dissuade you from your chosen toolset, but perhaps you can utilize some of power of using compiled languages such as C# or Java to assist your project, as well a design which includes modeling your data entities (i'm a firm believe in model-based software design) I know that php isn't the best option, but it's what I'm working with right now. I've fairly knowledgeble in html and wanted to get into the php side of things. I've been hosting a php/mysql message board on my home based server for some time now and just upgraded our club's site to a hosting package off of the schools servers. I may not be explaining very well, or maybe haven't encountered the problems yet, but from what I've seen php do or asp for that matter as well, I should be able to build the front end of things using a combination of html and php. It will require some work to keep it up, but that's the best way to learn. I have trouble learning from books, I have to break it, tear it apart and then put it back together again to fully understand it. that's why this process is taking so long, that and every night I can't sleep and just think of more ideas to make the system better.

The reason I'm making ours webbased was with the idea then that we could have control of the club from anywhere. Also, jumpers will be able to check their accounts, prepay, pay if they forgot, oops I forgot to log a jump who was on that load again etc. It will also let us handle all the tandem and sl course signups. It's a great idea in theory and is proving to be much more complicated in the programming, especially for someone who is still at the bottom of the learning curve. I'd also be interested in pepole chiming in and expressing their ideas, as jumpers, for what they'd like to see on the front end of their dz's website. Just curious to see if there is anything else I can build into the system

I'm actually working on such a thing for my dz. PHP and mysql. All done online It'll be done in a few more months, I'm kinda busy

So, what's the deal? A person can't drink one gallon of milk in one hour without puking? Why so? And why would one try? I don't know if it's because of the pure volume of it or the amount of milk, but you just can't do it. I did it cause there was $100 on the table and I was confident I could as I've finished 1/2 gallons easily in one sitting. The other one to try is 2 pieces of bread in 1 min. You can't do that either

Well the bet was 45 mins but I had to sit still for one hour. I could piss, but only in the trash can next to me (the e-holes weren't very nice and just wanted video of me pissing in a trash can) I got through it pretty quick in the beginning, taking my time etc. Then it all went wrong. I had to pee, my stomach hurt. I took big gulps but it barely moved. With about 20 mins left I probably had 2/3 finished. Then they all started f*cking with me, making me laugh and I lost it, though made it to the bathroom first. Violent puking, out the nose and all.
