  1. Most people would probably say unmarked bills. The Money Connection
  2. I'm sure that the FBI isn't as smart as the experts here on the forum, but I think it should be considered that the FBI questioned Marla for over 5 hours including a polygraph that she passed. After all that they called her the most credible person they had interviewed in the case. Titanium (and aluminum?) were discovered on the tie about 40 years after the fact. Does that prove DB was from Quebec. How hard is it to read a French comic book, and why would an engineer from Quebec be interested in it? Does that explain why part of the money showed up near Vancouver (Washington)? Does it explain how DB was able to point out landmarks to the stewardess? Is it impossible that an American hijacker would say "negotiable American money," when he told the crew to fly to Mexico? The Money Connection
  3. arfuller, I have moved into the 21st century and have been the victim of identity fraud not once but twice! I have since gone green. Green as in cash. The amount of trouble my wife and I had to go through was incredible. Okay Green. Sorry for your problems. You can probably read all you want at Google books for free. I don't think I'll waste my hard earned bucks on that book. It probably doesn't make any more sense than all these guys flirting with each other and talking about people the FBI ruled out 30 years ago. My spouse worked for an airline, and I can't imagine an employee hijacking a company plane and then working for that airline another 20 years. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Airline employees know each other. Somebody would recognize them for sure. And if my spouse was deceased I would certainly want them remembered as a criminal that terrorized stewardesses. BTW, nobody has offered me enough to jump out of an airplane yet. It might be worth $200,000 from an airline though. The Money Connection
  4. You don't need a credit card to preview it. Get a credit card and move into the twentieth century, unless you're afraid somebody will trace it down and discover you're DB. Billions of dollars are safely spent on the internet every day. Unless you accept that some Nigerian wants to transfer millions into your bank account you're safe. The Money Connection
  5. You can buy it today at Amazon and have it on your doorstep tomorrow. You can preview it today at Google books. Have you guys heard of this new thing called the internet? The Money Connection
  6. Hi, a total newbie here. I wasn't plannng on joining, but I'm a little surprised I haven't seen any discussion of the following news article. http://www.columbian.com/news/2011/aug/04/did-cooper-suspect-once-live-in-fruit-valley/ >>A Fort Vancouver Plywood worker by the name of Lynn D. Cooper lived with his wife, Phyllis, at 2611 Unander Ave. in Fruit Valley in 1969 and 1970, according to Polk’s Vancouver City Directory, which used to be published annually by R.L. Polk & Co. Cooper was not listed in Polk’s 1971 edition of the directory.
