    So I went skydiving 2 days ago. It was a tandem jump. The free fall was supposed to last about 50 seconds, but in reality it was only 30 seconds and the parachute opened without my tandem instructor pulling the cord! I can see in the video that he indeed hadn't touched the ripcord and we were both surprised by the chute opening! Luckily nobody got hurt, and I loved the whole experience! Would definitely do it again :) But I am just wondering does this happen often? I could post the video if you guys are interested.
