On April 22, 1992 Twin Otter (N141PV) suffered an engine failure on take off at Perris Valley. Out of the 22 onboard 14 jumpers and both pilots were killed. This is the memorial video produced shortly afterward. WARNING: This is a heartbreaker . . .
