SkymonkeyONE 4 #5 July 31, 2006 Quotehow high is he going to be jumping from this time, what planes are thier and how many For this amount, I can promise it will be 2000 ft AGL with turbines. I have packed for two of Jay's records and two of Cheryls. After each, I didn't think it possible to do more, but the record is now more than 100 more than the last record I packed for. Incredible. kelpdiver 2 #6 July 31, 2006 thinking about how planned each jump must be - a single second saved per cycle gets over 4 more in the 24 hours. clearly no hesitation at any point.
slug 1 #7 July 31, 2006 The math for that many jumps is intersting save a second per cycle = 4 more jumps . Pleadge a dime /jump = $60 1000 jumpers = $60K Wonder which DZ can raise the most $$$$ Best of Luck Mr Stokes. R.I.P.
kenneth21441 0 #8 July 31, 2006 What ever the case is. I know that Jay will do it as he is the type to set a goal and standard and see it get done. Weather is another factor that Jay has little control over and I wish him the best for the cause he supports. If Jay needs another packer or my rigs he is more then welcome to use them if he wants. thanks, Ken.Kenneth Potter FAA Senior Parachute Rigger Tactical Delivery Instructor (Jeddah, KSA) FFL Gunsmith
mjosparky 4 #9 July 31, 2006 QuoteWeather is another factor that Jay has little control over I was at Jay's last record and it rained from about 8 or 9 at night until it was over at 8 the next morning. Didn't slow him down even a little. If Jay says it will be 600 it will 600 or more.My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

DSE 5 #14 August 19, 2006 QuoteQuoteIs this possiable I would say with Willard J. Stokes it is possible. I would too. Jay has more drive than any two men I've ever met. And he's got the ability to pull miracles out of other people's butts, let alone his own. He might not be superman, but I wanna be just like him when I grow up. Mr stokes is in great shape but to do this 534 times in 24 hrs under all weather conditions is some real man stuff and organization. 600 will be truely amazing Way to go Mr Stokes and his support team and R.I.P.
