Fun Jumping in South Africa, Capetown

Hi all,

I'm in capetown for a week's work in january and was lookin for advice on dz's near there. My schedule is pretty tight but will bring my rig if i could squeeze off a jump or 2 :). any advice on where to go?

Skydive Cape Town is open 7 days a week. www.skydivecapetown.za.net

Robertson is open weekends, www.skydive.co.za

Walker Bay is open weekends but you need a B licence.

The other western cape dropzones are probably too far for a daytrip from CT.

I was travelling though South Africa in Feb 08 and was able to visit Skydive Cape Town. They were super nice and the view was AMAZING....

Even though I had all of my current USPA documentation, they did require that I get a visitor PASA - Parachute Association of South Africa membership to jump there.
